Brandon Haw Architecture gave us the opportunity to produce this set of images for this project that is proposed as part of the renovation of this historic neighborhood of Miami. A contemporary mixed-use structure that houses a restaurant, car parking and high-end residential units on the upper floors. The design raises a facade with a skin of irregularly arranged vertical elements that reflects the vibrant colors of the interior skin and which varies according to the observer’s point of view.
